改变 \fIchannelId \fR的访问位置。\fIChannelId\fR 必须是从以前的 \fBopen\fR 或 \fBsocket \fR调用返回的一个通道标识符。\fIoffset\fR 和 \fIorigin\fR 参数指定在 \fIchannelId \fR中下一次读或写发生的位置。\fIOffset\fR 必须是一个整数(可以是负数) 而 \fIorigin\fR 必须是下列之一:
