\fBvamp-rdf-template-generator\fR is a program to generate RDF 
description templates from binary Vamp libraries. It outputs a 
template for the RDF file describing plugins contained 
in \fIsoname\fR, or 
for \fIplugin\fR in \fIsoname\fR.  The generated output 
requires manual editing. It will 
contain \fIPLUGIN_BASE_URI\fR as the topic 
and base URI of the description 
and \fIYOUR_URI\fR as the plugin 
maker.
