rb ringbuffer instance

data (in) the data to write

len (in) the size of the chunk.

DESCRIPTION¶

This simply calls qb_rb_chunk_alloc() and then qb_rb_chunk_commit().

RETURN VALUE¶

the amount of bytes actually buffered (either len or -1).
