decsys - convert decimal listing to DECtape image

SYNOPSIS

decsys FILE ...

DESCRIPTION

decsys reads text files containing a list of decimal numbers and converts these to a DECtape image. Multiple files can be given and the result of the conversion is stored in a file of the same name with the extension changed to ".dtp".
