Pointer to a principal structure with information to store

Inserts the given information into the database for the
principal PRINCIPAL@REALM.  In case \fIprincipal\fP is \fBNULL\fP,
the parameters \fIph\fP and \fIkey\fP are not used, so only the realm
is added to the database.

Returns \fBSHISA_OK\fP if the information was
