SYNOPSIS¶

g2x [-input filename] [-output filename]

DESCRIPTION¶

gbf2xml reads the specified GenBank flatfile and writes a corresponding INSDSeq XML document.

OPTIONS¶

-input filename

Read GenBank format from file instead of stdin.

-output filename

Write INSDSeq XML to file instead of stdout.
