NAME¶Bio::Tools::Run::Bowtie::Config - Configuration data for bowtie commands
SYNOPSIS¶Used internally by Bio::Tools::Run::Bowtie.
DESCRIPTION¶This package exports information describing bowtie commands, parameters, switches, and input and output filetypes for individual bowtie commands.
