subroutine chetrf_rook (UPLO, N, A, LDA, IPIV, WORK, LWORK, INFO)
CHETRF_ROOK computes the factorization of a complex Hermitian indefinite matrix using the bounded Bunch-Kaufman ('rook') diagonal pivoting method (blocked algorithm, calling Level 3 BLAS).
