subroutine claqr0 (WANTT, WANTZ, N, ILO, IHI, H, LDH, W, ILOZ, IHIZ, Z, LDZ, WORK, LWORK, INFO)
CLAQR0 computes the eigenvalues of a Hessenberg matrix, and optionally the matrices from the Schur decomposition.
