subroutine dstevx (JOBZ, RANGE, N, D, E, VL, VU, IL, IU, ABSTOL, M, W, Z, LDZ, WORK, IWORK, IFAIL, INFO)
DSTEVX computes the eigenvalues and, optionally, the left and/or right eigenvectors for OTHER matrices
