subroutine dsytf2_rk (UPLO, N, A, LDA, E, IPIV, INFO)
DSYTF2_RK computes the factorization of a real symmetric indefinite matrix using the bounded Bunch-Kaufman (rook) diagonal pivoting method (BLAS2 unblocked algorithm).
