This middleware fixes wrong \f(CW\*(C`SCRIPT_NAME\*(C'\fR and \f(CW\*(C`PATH_INFO\*(C'\fR set by
lighttpd when you mount your app under the root path ("/"). If you use
lighttpd 1.4.23 or later you can instead enable \f(CW\*(C`fix\-root\-scriptname\*(C'\fR
flag inside \f(CW\*(C`fastcgi.server\*(C'\fR instead of using this middleware.

Even with \f(CW\*(C`fix\-root\-scriptname\*(C'\fR, lighttpd \fIstill\fR sets weird

or something that ends with \f(CW\*(C`/\*(C'\fR. Setting \f(CW\*(C`script_name\*(C'\fR option tells
the middleware how to reconstruct the new correct \f(CW\*(C`SCRIPT_NAME\*(C'\fR and
