pxpoly - manual page for pxpoly 1.3
SYNOPSIS¶
pxpoly [OPTIONS]...
DESCRIPTION¶
Randomly sample polytomies to generate a binary tree. Currently only works with rooted trees (checked) Output is written in newick format.
OPTIONS¶
- -t, --treef=FILE
- input tree file, STDIN otherwise
- -x, --seed=INT
- random number seed, clock otherwise
- -o, --outf=FILE
- output file, STOUT otherwise
- -h, --help
- display this help and exit
- -V, --version
- display version and exit
- -C, --citation
- display phyx citation and exit
