DESCRIPTION


Tk_GetHWND returns the Windows HWND identifier for X
    Windows window given by window.


Tk_AttachHWND binds the Windows HWND identifier to the
    specified Tk_Window given by tkwin. It returns an X Windows window
    that encapsulates the HWND.
