DESCRIPTION¶
socket_tcp4b creates a blocking TCP/IP stream socket and returns a file descriptor pointing to that socket. If something goes wrong, socket_tcp4b returns -1, setting errno appropriately, without allocating any resources.EXAMPLE¶
