obtautomer —
enumerate tautomer SMILES and canonical tautomer SMILES

SYNOPSIS

obtautomer [-c] filename

DESCRIPTION

Enumerates tautomer SMILES and canonical tautomer SMILES.

EXAMPLES

obtautomer molecule.smi >tautomers.smi

Enumerates tautomers for molecule.smi and writes them to tautomers.smi
