Birth-death inference
- -t, --treef=FILE
- input treefile, stdin otherwise
- -m, --model=STRING
- diversification model; either 'yule' or 'bd' (default)
- -o, --outf=FILE
- output file, stout otherwise
- -h, --help
- display this help and exit
- -V, --version
- display version and exit
