NAME

tp512cvt - convert raw data file to SIMH .tap tape image

SYNOPSIS

tp512cvt FILE ...

DESCRIPTION

tp512cvt converts files containing raw tape data to tape images in the .tap magnetic tape container format used by SIMH and other emulators. The raw data will be divided into 512 byte tape records. Multiple files can be given and the result of the conversion is stored in a file of the same name with the extension changed to ".tap".
