SYNOPSIS¶

spyke-plugin [-c path] [-cf] [-sf] Classname Code Selection

DESCRIPTION¶

Start a plugin from spykeutils or Spyke Viewer through the command line. Accepts name of the plugin class, python code declaring the class and a JSON string with the selection that the plugin should process.

OPTIONS¶

-c, --config

Pickled configuration file of analysis. If not specified, default configuration will be used.

-cf, --codefile

Code represents a filename containing code (default: Code is a string containing code)

-sf, --selectionfile

Selection represents a filename containing the serialized selection (default: Selection is a string)
