DESCRIPTION¶
transmission-remote
is a remote control
utility for
transmission(1) and
transmission-daemon(1).
By default,
transmission-remote
connects to
the transmission session at localhost:9091. Other sessions can be controlled
by specifying a different host and/or port.
OPTIONS¶

filenames-or-URLs
- Add torrents to transmission.

--debug
- Enable debugging mode.

- Use the alternate Limits.

- Don't use the alternate Limits.

- Set the session's maximum memory cache size in MiB. This cache is used to
reduce disk IO.

- Encrypt all peer connections.

- Prefer encrypted peer connections.

- Prefer unencrypted peer connections.
--exit
- Tell the Transmission to initiate a shutdown.
