mauveAlignment2anchors - converts a Mauve alignment into Murasaki anchor format based on gapped alignment data (each gap triggers a new anchor). Note this refers to the Mauve alignment format, not the LAGAN .alignment file that Mauve also outputs.SYNOPSIS¶
