Please add the ANTSPATH variable. This can be achieved by editing the .bash_profile in the home directory. Add:

ANTSPATH=/usr/lib/ants/

Or the correct location of the ANTS binaries.

Alternatively, edit this script ( antsMultivariateTemplateConstruction ) to set up this parameter correctly.
