Dist::Build::Core - core functions for Dist::Build

DESCRIPTION¶
This plugin contains many of the core actions of "Dist::Build".
Delegates¶
- copy_file($source, $destination)
Copy the file $source to $destination.
- copy_executable($source, $destination)
Copy the executable $source to $destination.
- manify($source, $destination,
$section)
Manify $source to $destination, as section $section.
- mkdir($target, $dir,
%options)
This ensures the given directory exist.
- tap_harness(%options)
This runs tests for the dist.
- test_files
The list of files to run.
- jobs
The number of concurrent test files to run.
- color
This enables color in the harness.

- install(%options)
This installs the distribution
- install_map
The map of intermediate paths to install locations, as produced by ExtUtils::InstallPaths.
- verbose
This enables verbose mode.
- uninst
This uninstalls files before installing the new ones.
- dump_binary($filename, $content,
%named_arguments)
Write $content to $filename as binary data.
- dump_text($filename, $content,
%named_arguments)
Write $content to $filename as text of the given encoding.
- dump_json($filename, $content,
%named_arguments)
Write $content to $filename as JSON.
