DESCRIPTION¶
As elogind can not open any systemd journals, the functions sd_journal_get_cursor() and sd_journal_test_cursor() do nothing.
RETURN VALUE¶
sd_journal_get_cursor() returns -ENOSYS and sd_journal_test_cursor() returns 0.
