NAME¶
Mat_VarGetClassName —
Returns the class name of an opaque MAT
variable.
SYNOPSIS¶
#include
<matio.h>
const char *
Mat_VarGetClassName(const matvar_t
*matvar);
DESCRIPTION¶
The
Mat_VarGetClassName()
function returns the class name of a MATLAB Class Object System (MCOS)
variable matvar. For opaque variables such as table,
datetime, string, or other MCOS objects, this returns the class name (e.g.
"table", "datetime"). For non-opaque variables or if
MCOS support is not enabled, the function returns NULL.
RETURN VALUES¶
A pointer to the class name string, or NULL if the variable is not an MCOS object or if MCOS support is disabled. The returned string must not be freed by the caller.
