- -k [ --kmers ] arg
- seer kmer output file
- -r [ --references ] arg
- file with tab separated reference name and fasta file
Other options:¶
- --threads arg (=1)
- number of threads. Suggested: 4
- --version
- prints version and exits
- -h [ --help ]
- full help message
