SYNOPSIS¶

aethersdr --config command [key] [value]

DESCRIPTION¶

AetherSDR brings FlexRadio operation to Linux without Wine or virtual machines. Built from the ground up with Qt6 and C++20, it speaks the SmartSDR protocol natively and aims to replicate the full SmartSDR experience.

CONFIG COMMANDS¶

Settings live in a SQLite store under the user config directory (~/.config/AetherSDR/AetherSDR.db). The --config mode inspects or repairs them without starting the GUI and then exits:

list [prefix]

Print every setting as key<TAB>value, optionally filtered by key prefix.

get key

Print one value (exit status 2 if the key does not exist).

set key value

Create or change a setting, verifying it persisted.

unset key

Delete a setting.

export

Sanitized dump of the whole store (secrets redacted); diagnostic output, not a restorable backup.

path

Print the settings database path.
