if1 — Single IF (Image File) Transformation

SYNOPSIS¶

DESCRIPTION¶

if1 transforms a single IF file.

Every tool is run through ctsim-nogui, as in "ctsim-nogui if1 ...", or directly if a symbolic link of that name points at it.

The arguments and options are as follows:

--invert

Invert image

--log

Natural logrithm of image

--exp

Natural exponential of image

--sqr

Square of image

--sqrt

Square root of image

--verbose

Report progress and details while running.

--version

Print the CTSim version and exit.

--help

Print the usage summary and exit.
