ifexport — IF (Image File) to Image

SYNOPSIS¶

DESCRIPTION¶

converts an 2D IF file to a viewable image file.

Every tool is run through ctsim-nogui, as in "ctsim-nogui ifexport ...", or directly if a symbolic link of that name points at it.

The arguments and options are as follows:

ifname

Name of input file

outfile

Name of output file

--format

Output format

pgm

PGM (portable graymap) format (default)

text

Text format

raw

Raw format

png

PNG (8-bit) format

png16

PNG (16-bit) format

dicom

DICOM format

--center

Center of window

mode

Mode is center of window

mean

Mean is center of window

--auto

Set auto window

full

Use full window (default)

std1

Use one standard deviation about center

std2

Use two standard deviations about center

std3

Use three standard deviations about center

--scale

Scaling factor for output size

--min

Set minimum intensity

--max

Set maximum intensity

--stats

Print image statistics

--labels

Print image labels

--verbose

Report progress and details while running.

--version

Print the CTSim version and exit.

--help

Print the usage summary and exit.
