phm2if — Generate
Phantom (generate phantom for computed tomography simulator)
SYNOPSIS¶
phm2if |
outfile nx ny [--phantom phantom-name] [--phmfile filename] [--filter filter-name] [OPTIONS] |
DESCRIPTION¶
generates phantom images for comparisons to reconstructions for CTsim.
is configured to use a variety of options for phantom generation.
Every tool is run through ctsim-nogui, as
in "ctsim-nogui phm2if ...", or directly if a symbolic link of
that name points at it.
The arguments and options are as follows:
- outfile
- Name of output file for image
- nx
- Number of pixels X-axis
- ny
- Number of pixels Y-axis
--view-ratio- View diameter to phantom diameter ratio (default = 1)
--phantom- Phantom to use for projection
herman- Herman head phantom
shepp-logan- Shepp-Logan head phantom
unit-pulse- Unit pulse phantom
--phmfile- Generate Phantom from phantom file
--filter- Generate Phantom from a filter function
--filter-param- Alpha level for Hamming filter
--filter-domain- Set domain of filter
--filter-bw- Filter bandwidth (default = 1)
--desc- Description to store in the image file
--nsample- Number of samples per axis per pixel (default = 1)
--trace- Trace level to use
--verbose- Report progress and details while running.
--version- Print the CTSim version and exit.
--help- Print the usage summary and exit.
