NAME¶
phm2pj — calculate
projections through a phantom object.
SYNOPSIS¶
phm2pj |
outfile ndet nview [--phantom phantom-name] [--phmfile filename] [OPTIONS] |
DESCRIPTION¶
phm2pj calculates projections through a phantom object, either a predefined --phantom or a --phmfile.
Every tool is run through ctsim-nogui, as
in "ctsim-nogui phm2pj ...", or directly if a symbolic link of
that name points at it.
The arguments and options are as follows:
- outfile
- Name of output file for projections
- ndet
- Number of detectors
- nview
- Number of rotated views
--phantom- Phantom to use for projection
herman- Herman head phantom
shepp-logan- Shepp-Logan head phantom
unit-pulse- Unit pulse phantom
--phmfile- Get Phantom from phantom file
--desc- Description to store in the projection file
--nray- Number of rays per detector (default = 1)
--rotangle- Angle to rotate view through (fraction of a circle)
--geometry- Geometry of scanning
parallel- Parallel scan beams (default)
equilinear- Equilinear divergent scan beams
equiangular- Equiangular divergent scan beams
--focal-length- Focal length ratio (ratio to radius of view area)
--center-detector-length- Distance from center of phantom to detector array
--view-ratio- Length to view (view diameter to phantom diameter)
--scan-ratio- Length to scan (scan diameter to view diameter)
--offsetview- Initial gantry offset in 'views' (default = 0)
--trace- Trace level to use
--verbose- Report progress and details while running.
--version- Print the CTSim version and exit.
--help- Print the usage summary and exit.
