NAME¶

pjHinterp — interpolate helical data in projection space.

SYNOPSIS¶

DESCRIPTION¶

pjHinterp interpolates the helical data in projfile and writes the results in interpfile.

Every tool is run through ctsim-nogui, as in "ctsim-nogui pjHinterp ...", or directly if a symbolic link of that name points at it.

The arguments and options are as follows:

interp-file

Output interpolated projection file

--trace

Set tracing to level

none

No tracing (default)

console

Text level tracing

--verbose

Report progress and details while running.

--version

Print the CTSim version and exit.

--help

Print the usage summary and exit.
