NAME

seqmatchall - All-against-all word comparison of a sequence set

SYNOPSIS

seqmatchall -sequence seqset -wordsize integer -outfile align

DESCRIPTION

seqmatchall is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite”). It is part of the "Alignment:Local" command group(s).
