NAME¶
Bio::SearchIO::hmmer - A parser for HMMER2 and HMMER3 output (hmmscan, hmmsearch, hmmpfam)
SYNOPSIS¶

DESCRIPTION¶
This object implements a parser for HMMER output. It works with both HMMER2 and HMMER3
