Purpose:
CLAQR5 called by CLAQR0 performs a
single small-bulge multi-shift QR sweep.
Parameters
WANTT is LOGICAL
WANTT = .true. if the triangular Schur factor
is being computed. WANTT is set to .false. otherwise.
