NAME

SYNOPSIS

mwcontam -files filelist -tolerance float -outfile outfile
mwcontam -help

DESCRIPTION

mwcontam is a command line program from EMBOSS (“the European Molecular Biology Open Software Suite”). It is part of the "Protein:Composition" command group(s).
