Registers an object in the global item table.

PARAMS¶

punk [In] Object to register. rcid [In] CLSID of the object. dwFlags [In] Flags. pdwRegister [Out] Address to store cookie of object registration in.

Success: S_OK. Failure: HRESULT code.
