Determine if two domain names are the same.

PARAMS¶

left [In] First domain name. right [In] Second domain name.

RETURNS¶

0 if the names are equal, non-zero otherwise.

NOTES¶

The comparison is case insensitive.

Declared in "winternl.h". Implemented in "dlls/ntdll/rtlstr.c". Debug channel "ntdll".
