Initialise a new bitmap.

PARAMS¶

lpBits [In] Bitmap pointer. lpBuff [In] Memory for the bitmap. ulSize [In] Size of lpBuff in bits.

RETURNS¶

Nothing.

NOTES¶

lpBuff must be aligned on a ULONG suitable boundary, to a multiple of 32 bytes in size (irrespective of ulSize given).
