DESCRIPTION¶

Attempt to guess whether a text buffer is Unicode.

PARAMS¶

buf [In] Text buffer to test. len [In] Length of buf. pf [Out] Destination for test results.

RETURNS¶

TRUE if the buffer is likely Unicode, FALSE otherwise.

FIXME¶

Should implement more tests.
