Mat_LogInitFunc — Initializes matio logging with a caller-provided logger.

DESCRIPTION¶

The Mat_LogInitFunc() function installs the caller-provided logging callback log_func and records prog_name for log message prefixes. It also resets verbose and silent logging state. The log_level argument passed to the callback uses the MATIO_LOG_LEVEL_* bit flags defined in matio.h.

RETURN VALUES¶

The function returns 0.
